Profile: Hello! I'm Amy, a mother to 3 incredible kids and a wife to a pretty cool guy. There's no question about the things that I am passionate about - pregnancy, birth, babies, breastfeeding, natural living, herbs and essential oils. I love gardening and I love the water, those two things bring me a sense of calm and peace during those times when life just becomes a little too crazy. I truly believe that we're not meant to do this thing called parenting alone and isolated as so many of us do. I believe that it takes a village and the shared wisdom and knowledge that that allows for to be the best that we can be, both to ourselves and to our family. While I don't see us going back to communal living, I do see aspects of it being re-created in online communities for which I am thankful. My goal is to offer up what I have learned and do my part in contributing to my on-line village.
